What I leave out

  • Electronic repair (panels, power supplies, soldering).
  • Structured cabling and electrical work: I coordinate with your electrician.
  • Selling hardware at a markup: you buy it from my list, or I source it at cost plus 10%.

Frequently asked questions

What if the hardware fails?

You have the manufacturer's warranty and a daily backup of your data. With a monthly plan, I restore it on another machine.

Does the price include the hardware?

No. Each package states what the equipment it needs costs, so you can buy it yourself from my list. If you'd rather I source it, I charge cost plus 10%, no hidden markup.

Do you work outside Guadalajara?

Yes. Software, web and private AI I do remotely across Mexico, Latin America and the United States; I prepare and configure the machine over VPN. What needs hands, like reviving a TV or a smart home, I install in person in the Guadalajara metro area.

Who maintains it afterwards?

What I deliver has a 30-day warranty and a free check-up on day 30. After that you can carry on alone (everything is documented), buy a block of hours, or take a monthly plan with monitoring, updates and a defined response time, from $800 MXN per month for a home and $4,500 MXN for a business.

How long does it take?

Every package states its time: one visit to revive a TV, a week for a landing page, 3 to 4 weeks for a small private AI, months for a large server. I start within two weeks of the deposit and send progress every Friday.
